General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of:

  1. The product offerings in our online shop are directed exclusively at consumers.
  2. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

2. Conclusion of Contract and Storage of Contract Text

  1. The product presentations in the online shop are non-binding and do not constitute a legally binding offer.
  2. By clicking the button “Place Order with Obligation to Pay” (or a similarly clear wording), you submit a binding offer to purchase.
  3. The contract is concluded only when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.
  4. We store the contract text and send you the order details together with these Terms and Conditions by email. You may also view these Terms and Conditions on this website at any time.

3. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Taxes

  1. The prices stated in the product offers are final prices in Euro (€) and include all price components, including applicable statutory VAT.

    If the small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 UStG applies, no VAT is charged in accordance with Section 19 UStG.

  2. Any additional shipping costs are clearly displayed in the respective offer and in the shopping cart.
  3. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by the customer (e.g. customs duties or import VAT).

4. Payment Terms

The payment methods specified in the online shop are available to you. We currently offer the following payment method in particular:

  • PayPal

We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods in specific cases.

5. Delivery and Product Availability

  1. Delivery is made worldwide to the delivery address specified by the customer.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Germany takes approximately 3–9 business days. International delivery times may vary.
  3. Shipping is carried out via suitable shipping providers (e.g. DHL, Hermes, or comparable carriers).
  4. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately. If delivery is permanently impossible, no contract shall be concluded.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return Costs

  1. Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our separate Cancellation Policy.
  2. In the event of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery service provider as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no effect on your statutory warranty rights.

9. Warranty (Liability for Defects)

The statutory warranty rights of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

10. Liability

  1. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
  2. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, we shall only be liable for foreseeable damages typical for the contract in cases of slight negligence.
  3. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Contract Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

  1. German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  2. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
  3. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
